How long will it take to complete the online course?
There are 9 modules with a short review quiz following each module. The required time to complete each module is varied, however, the online training can be completed within approx. 20 hours.
It is highly recommended that you complete the self-paced training within a 4-week timeframe, and this is more than achievable. However, you can take as long as you need!
I'm just interested in more education, not the retailing Protocol, is that ok?
Yes! We are in full support and applaud skin therapists investing in their career development with new training and education.
Nutrition and gut health principals are the future direction for treating and correcting skin long term, so jump onboard!

Opportunities to embrace the Protocol, gain the retail license and become an Ambassador will be available for all online training course participants at the completion of their education, if they choose so.
Is the Inner Health Skincare Protocol for just skin clients?
Great question, in short NO!
The protocol has been developed with a skin focus because of its transformational effects on the skin. However, it addresses a person's overall health and wellness and so also benefits and assists additional treatments that you may be performing, especially in regard to wellness and body, such as Body Contouring, Fat Cavitation, Massage and Spa Treatments, IR Sauna, etc. and is very relevant for all clients across your business.
When can I start using and retailing the Protocol?
We strongly encourage you begin promoting and marketing the Protocol as soon as you sign up to begin your online training. The Ambassador Package gives you immediate access to retail and use the Protocol (after Licensing Agreement signing), however it is best that you wait to complete the online training before using and retailing the Protocol, to maximise opportunities, ensure accurate information is conveyed and to really ignite your treatment outcomes.
How do my clients receive the Protocol?
To maximise its use and enable your clients to always have the Inner Health Skincare Protocol on hand, the Protocol is in an electronic format that is immediately downloaded for them at your point of sale (POS), on their payment of the Protocol with you.
They pay you and you simply download the Protocol for them!
Clients therefore have instant and ongoing access and support to the education, menu plans, recipes and inspiration!
