With a hint of sweet and spice this easy to make slice is great to keep on hand to satisfy that sweet tooth urge and to treat your skin to some beautifying nutrients and minerals.
Raw Cocao is packed full of antioxidants, combined with the numerous health benefits of coconut oil, your body will be bouncing from this recipe and for all the right reasons!
Ingredients
1/2 C Raw Cocao Powder
1/4 C Raw Honey or 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 C Coconut Oil, melted
1cm piece of Ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbl Cocao Nibs
1/4 C Dried Cranberries
1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Method
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Line a slice tray with baking paper, ensuring the sides are well covered.
Pour the chocolate mixture into the slice tray, and even it out with a spatula. Sprinkle top with raw nuts to decorate if desired!
Place the tray into the freezer for 30mins, until set and firm.
Cut into even slices straight from the freezer.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week… if you can resist that long!
