Decadent Raw Chocolate Muffins





Indulge in these smooth & velvety chocolate muffins, whilst boosting your nutrition. Boasting protein, fibre, healthy fats and essential vitamins A & C, this high in iron treat can be enjoyed as a guilt free snack or even served for breakfast!



Ingredients


4 Tbl Raw Cocao Powder

2 Medium Bananas

2 Eggs

50g Dates - chopped

3 Tbl Quinoa Flakes

2 tsp Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp Baking Powder



Method


  1. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, mix with a mixing stick or beaters until banana is smooth and mixture is well combined.

  2. Spoon evenly into muffin patty cases.

  3. Bake in a moderate pre heated, 180 deg. oven for 20-25mins, or until lightly browned & cooked through.

  4. Allow to cool & store in an airtight container.


Makes approx. 10 muffins.
